During normal business hours Monday – Saturday 7am -5pm, we charge a flat service fee “Trip Charge” that covers getting our service expert and fully stocked truck to your home or office and this includes first 30 minutes of expert labor/diagnostics on all residential calls. Once we discover the problem we provide an exact price to fix the problem. We outline the work to be done in a work order for the customer to review and approve prior to commencement of the work. No surprises. No gimmicks. You know before you go.
Often we are asked over the phone for a just “Ball Park Price”. We all want to know the bottom line price and we want to know it now. With so many variables involved in every job, it is simply impossible to effectively quote prices over the phone. Daily we receive calls from prospects that called our competitors and received quotes over the phone known as ‘ball parks’ in an effort to compare bids. We cannot offer such a disservice and misleading information to our customers because we respect every single prospect who gives us the opportunity to propose a comfort solution for their home. We choose not to offer price unless is a correct price for the complete job, including everything.
